1. Subscription Plans
RosterShift offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fees for the selected period.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact our support team.
3. Pro-rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made after the initial 14-day period. Your access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may grant refunds under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Please reach out to billing@rostershift.com to discuss your specific situation.
