We do not share your personal information or your staff's data with third-parties unless it is necessary to provide our services, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
5. AI Processing of Staff Data
RosterShift's AI features are powered by Google Gemini. When you use natural-language scheduling, voice input, or AI-assisted team and rule management, the information you provide — which may include staff names, roles, skills, availability, and scheduling constraints — is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested output (schedules, transcriptions, or structured rules) and is handled in accordance with Google's API data-use terms. We do not use your staff data to train AI models.
